It’s time to break free from masking and start building a life that feels authentic.

I help neurospicy adults reclaim their confidence, align with their true selves, and thrive on their own terms.

Together, we’ll create a life rooted in your unique strengths, wiring, and values.

About Brittany

Why I Do This Work

I was a deeply sensitive and creative kid. Art was where I thrived, and I could hold conversations with adults more easily than with kids my own age; my emotional intelligence was sharp. But in crowded classrooms, under buzzing fluorescent lights, the very places where confidence was supposed to grow, mine was slowly chipped away.

Neurodiversity wasn’t even a word yet.

I was labeled with “Unspecified Learning Disabilities,” which I later discovered were really a mix of ADHD (rarely diagnosed in girls back then), dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and dyslexia. School quickly became the place where my struggles stood out, both through the system itself and in watching other kids thrive while I worked twice as hard. I wanted so badly to succeed, but what I learned, again and again, was the painful lesson that I wasn't smart.

My heart aches for the little girl I was. I wish I could go back and give her the support she needed, to spare her DECADES of rebuilding confidence and trying to shed the imposter syndrome that has haunted me ever since. At that young age, I didn’t know to question authority, systems, or culture (at least not until my teen years, where I rebelled against everythiiing; a story for another time).

As I grew older, and educated myself, it was clear to see that our systems prize efficiency and capital above all else and in so doing, leave many of us doubting our abilities (and sanity) often before we have the language to name it.

Now I invite others to see that conformity to broken systems is not a badge of honor we should be striving for. This work is about carving out authentic, sustainable lives, despite the culture and systems that define success so narrowly.

I help neurodivergent adults trust themselves, uncover their strengths, and claim a deep sense of belonging because the world needs what we bring. This isn’t just healing work; it’s rebellion. It’s truth to power.

How Neurodivergent Help Should Be

Neurodivergent support done right is about validating people’s lived experience. It’s about helping you understand the wiring of your brain, normalizing your preferences and special interests, and giving you tools to thrive, set boundaries, self‑advocate, and having the courage to build the life you actually want.

The Cost of Staying Masked

How Neurodivergent Help Should Be

How Neurodivergent Help Should Be

Masking is certainly necessary in many situations because it keeps us safe. But if we are highly masked more times than not, this comes at a high cost. It drains your energy and keeps you stuck in a life that doesn’t feel like your own.

Unmasking is scary. But it’s also where the real living begins.

What if we stopped seeking validation from the very systems that robbed us of our confidence in the first place?

My Philosophy

I take a humanistic, neurodivergent-affirming approach that refuses to pathologize difference. Using a sensory and executive functioning lens alongside Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I help you move from stuckness to momentum.

Credentials

I bring a background as a Master’s-level Occupational Therapist, with six years of experience supporting both kids with learning differences and adults navigating mental health challenges. That experience shaped how I see the whole person: their environment, context, routines, and capacity.

I’m now a coach, informed by that background. I’m trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and I use its principles in a coaching, not clinical, context for forward-focused progress. I’m also trauma-informed, which means I honor lived experience, respect nervous system cues, and keep our work collaborative and safe.
